Our validation test turbine was installed this week at the Intertek test site in Ostico, NY.  Thanks to the folks at Intertek and especially NREL (The National Renewable Energy Lab) for their support of this CIP project.

Asgaard Farm and Dairy received an install today of our Gen 2 Vestus 3 turbine. The Vestus 3 has a 3 m rotor and a 3.5 kW generator. We are thrilled to have Asgaard as a happy customer and an enthusiastic new member of the DWT family!

Exciting to see the first parts coming out of the molds!  Sterling Technologies will also use a foam filling process to increase the duct rigidity, similar to what is done for back boards used by ski patrols in helping injured folks off mountains.

The molds for the duct sections have arrived!  Very exciting to see our turbine come together!  And check out the interior surface below!  Thanks to Sterling Technologies for all their support!
